Wine Club Terms & Conditions — Keg Springs Winery
By joining the Keg Springs Winery Wine Club, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that an adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery of any wine shipments, and that my credit card will be billed for each wine club allocation, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees.
I agree to commit to a minimum of two (2) wine club allocations. I may cancel my membership in writing after the second billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than the first day of the month in which a shipment is scheduled in order to avoid being charged for that cycle.
I understand that if I do not pick up a paid order within thirty (30) days, the order will be automatically shipped to the address on file, and the associated shipping charge will be billed to the credit card on file. Orders not claimed or shipped within 60 days may be forfeited without refund.
By enrolling, I authorize Keg Springs Winery to charge my credit card on file for all wine club charges, including allocations, shipping, and applicable taxes, until I cancel my membership in accordance with these terms.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be fulfilled until the payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed transactions may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Shipments are made quarterly on the 10th of March, June, September, and December. Shipments may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions to ensure wine quality. Members will be notified of any such delays.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued once wine has been billed and/or shipped, except in the case of winery error or damage during shipping.
Wine shipments are subject to state laws and restrictions. Keg Springs Winery may be unable to ship to certain states due to legal limitations. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they reside in a state that allows direct-to-consumer wine shipments.
Memberships are non-transferable. Discounts, promotions, and special offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Shipments must be delivered to a physical address; P.O. boxes are not permitted.
Personal information collected through the Wine Club will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, managing club communications, and providing relevant promotions. Keg Springs Winery does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Keg Springs Winery reserves the right to modify or amend the Wine Club terms, benefits, pricing, or shipping schedule at any time.
Keg Springs Winery is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments, nor from improper handling or storage after delivery.
